Water, Sanitation, Hygiene.
Through your support, our WASH programmes have paved the way for our holistic and intersectional approach to humanitarian development.
In recent years, we have witnessed a significant rise in humanitarian disasters linked to climate change, putting pressure on already fragile Water, Sanitation, and Hygiene (WASH) infrastructure that is currently in place. In response, we supported 2,795,250 people to access improved WASH facilities, through a variety of cross-cutting programmes that lead the NGO sector in their innovation.
In Yemen
Our WASH programmes have reached nearly 15,000 beneficiaries in the last year.
In Pakistan
In the wake of devastating floods, our WASH programme supported over 12,000 to access clean water and set the groundwork for sustainable programmes that will enhance the resilience of communities that will surely face other worse climate catastrophes.
In Syria
Our WASH programmes set the standard for NGO assistance delivery in the region, where we are looking to build on over ten years as the leading provider of humanitarian relief and development.
By providing immediate emergency response measures and implementing sustainable projects, we strive to improve access to clean water and sanitation facilities, enhance community resilience, and mitigate the long-term impacts that come from a lack of access to WASH.
